Waffles, waffles, waffles, nothing better than waffles for a late sunday brunch.
We had previously made this recipe with less sugar, but trust us, it is better like this, and is still not sweet that way you can add nutella, dulce de leche, jam or whatever you want. I like them with fried eggs, bacon and some fruit on the side, yum!
- 2 C all purpouse flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C whole milk warm
- 1/2 C unsalted butter melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
In a large bowl, sift and combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar and set aside.
In a different bowl, beat the eggs along with the milk, butter and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Cook the waffles in a hot waffle pan, and wait until golden brown and crunchy.
Serve right away the way you prefer.
