Adding sweetener to this smoothie is totally optional, I usually use honey, the super thick one, with 1/4 tsp is enough; you could also use agave or maple syrup. But you could also not add any sweetener, because the banana and berries take care of that on themselves.
One thing´s a must though. You should drink this right after blending, otherwise fruit will oxidate and loose a lot of nutrients.
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 berries frozen
- 1 C vegetable milk
- 1/2 C spinach
- 1/4 tsp honey
Blend all of the ingredients together until there are no bumps.
Drink right away.
