Adorado bar: The ideal brunch in the center of Madrid

Eggs benedict

The adorado bar is one one of of favorite brunch spots in Madrid. It’s brunch is one of those you want to repeat time and time again. I love brunch, here in Spain it isn´s really as common as it is in basically any country in America. Here they usuallu have a healthierr breakfast, cheers to them! but for me I need something like once in a while, and weekends are perfect for that.

In the middle of lavapies qe find this jewel. The interior vibe is industrial, qhich isn´t uncommon in Madrid, and yet it is still charming.

It is casual, careless. We went there on a sunday 10:30 am, and there was a waiting list. It was so full. We waited for about 20 minutes before they gave us a table, it was just me and my sister.

The food was great as expected! I had high hopes and wasn´t let down. The staff is great and so nice, we had a greta service. It was pretty noisy because of all the people there.

The eggs benedict were good, the potatos could have been better, if they had been crunchier.

The “Brunch” includes everything seen on the picture below (except for the orange juice) and its great! it has both savory and sweet things, and a beverage of your choosing.

Brunch

My sister and I shared these two dishes and also of course, their famous nutella sandwich, and I have to say it was the best of the whole brunch experience, as simple as that.
