water
3
tbsp
granulated sugar
1
tbsp
brown sugar
1
pinch
salt

Instructions
On a chopping board, peel the apples and take the seeds out. Cut into small chunks and put aside.
Place the apple chunks along with the rest ingredients (except the lemon) in a small pot to low heat and cover with a lid.
Let it cook for 20 minutes. Once that time has passed, add in the lemon juice and cook for 5 more minutes until the apple turns soft.
When the apples are ready, turn off the heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Take the cinnamon sticks out and pour the apple into a blender. Blend until you get a soft and somewhat thick mixture (add some more water if needed).
Pour the mixture in a container and let it cool down completely. Then refrigerate until you need it.
