For the cookie:

coconut flour
or sugarfree shredded coconut

rolled oats

almond flour

C (5.30 oz) (150 gr)
dates or raisins
For the chocolate:

C (10.60 oz) (300 gr)
dates or raisins

tbsp (0.50 oz) (15 gr)
almond butter

tsp (0.33 fl oz) (10 ml)
vanilla extract

Pecan nuts or cashews

Instructions
For the cookie:
Line a square shaped mold of about 8 inches (20 cm) with parchment paper to then place the bars and so they don´t stick.
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until a "dough" forms.
Spread this dough in the mold using a spatula or using your hands until it is flattened. Put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
For the chocolate:
In the same food processor, process all the ingredients to make the chocolate until you get a thick and crea,y mixture.
Pour this mixture on top of the cookie, once the cookie is cool, and spread until it covers the whole cookie.
Place some pecan nuts or cashews on top of the chocolate to have something crispy. Put in the fridge for another 15 minutes and it´s ready!
