Refunds and returns policy

Digital products

In Spain, the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services Law (“Ley de servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico” in Spanish -LSSI-) provides for an exception to the right to withdrawal concerning digital products. This is the case regarding our digital products.

Once the digital content has been purchased, we can no longer guarantee a full return, given that the consumer has already accesed said product and can download it. Therefore, once these products have been purchased and, are automatically available, we cannot offer refunds or returns for them.

To ensure this policy is well known and detailed we will make sure to include it in all digital and/or downloadable products themselves and have all clients accept these terms and conditions before a purchase at the checkout.
