tbsp
chia
1
tbsp
vanilla
1
tbsp
honey

tbsp
greek yogurt
1
C
coconut
soy, or almond milk, or combined
Season fruit
in pieces, can be strawberries, mangos, kiwis, etc. (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl or plate, combine the oats, and chia and stir a little using a spoon.
Stir in the honey and yogurt. Lastly stir in the yogurt and fruit.
Pour the mixture in a tupperware or a a plate with a lid, or coverup and refrigerate overnight, the next morning the oats will be ready.
