2C (16.93 oz) (480 gr)natural yogurt or greek yogurt, unsweetened
3tbsp (1.52 fl oz) (45 ml)honey or maple syrup
1tsp (0.17 fl oz) (5 ml)vanilla extract
1/2C strawberries, fresh or frozen, rinsed and sliced
1/2Cblueberries, fresh or frozen
1/4Cnatural granolaunsweetened
Instructions
Place some parchment baking paper in a rectangular tray of approximately 13 x 9 inches (33cm x 22cm).
Add the yogurt with the honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat with a fork until smooth.
Pour the yogurt into the pan and spread with a spoon until the entire surface is covered. The layer of yogurt should be quite thin, for the yogurt to freeze quickly and for the barks to be easier to eat.
Top the yogurt with the strawberries, blueberries and granola. Cover the tray with some plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours until firm.
Once the yogurt is ready, remove it from the freezer and carefully cut it into 12 irregular pieces.
