C (500 gr)
strawberries, frozen
1/2
C (100 gr)
white sugar,
or your sweetener of choice
1
tbsp (15 ml)
lemon or lime juice
1
pinch
salt
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 1 minute aproximately until you get a thick and smooth puree.
Place the sorbet in a container with a lid and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
To serve, take out of the freezer 10 minutes before for it to be softer.
