1C (6 oz) (170 gr)white chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1tsp (0.17 fl oz) (5 ml)vanilla extract
1pinchsalt
Small white marshmallows, or crashed peppermint candy, for decorating
Whipped cream, for decorating
Instructions
In a medium saucepan add the milk with the white chocolate, vanilla extract and salt.
Bring the mixture to medium-low heat and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring with a spoon or rubber spatula, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is very hot to the point of boiling.
Serve the white chocolate immediately and garnish with whipped cream, small marshmallows and crashed peppermint candy.
