In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and then put the chicken in there, coating every piece, making sure each piece is coated, cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For cooking:
On a cutting board, chop the garlic and onions, and on sauce pan to medium heat with some sesame oil.
Once the onion and garlic are soft, stir in the chicken and cook for 10 minutes aprox until it starts to turn gold.
For the sauce:
While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl mix all the inrgedients for the sauce and once the chicken is done, pour it over it.
Keep on cooking for the sauce to reduce a little and it´s done. Decorate with some fresh scallions.
