Method
For the chicken:
- Chop the chicken in pieces of about 3 cm aprox.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and then put the chicken in there, coating every piece, making sure each piece is coated, cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For cooking:
- On a cutting board, chop the garlic and onions, and on sauce pan to medium heat with some sesame oil.
- Once the onion and garlic are soft, stir in the chicken and cook for 10 minutes aprox until it starts to turn gold.
For the sauce:
- While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl mix all the inrgedients for the sauce and once the chicken is done, pour it over it.
- Keep on cooking for the sauce to reduce a little and it´s done. Decorate with some fresh scallions.
