1tbsp (0.25 oz) (7 gr)unsweetened cocoa powder(if you want it to be chocolate flavored)
2tbspsemisweet chocolate chips(optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375º F (190º C). Put some butter on two small oven-safe cake pans, or ramekins.
Place all the ingredients (but the chocolate chips) in a blender or food processor and process or blend for 45 seconds until you get a soft and smooth batter.
Pour the batter in the two pans and add half of the chocolate chips on top of each one.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they slightly turn golden brown and when a wooden stick comes out almost clean when inserted. Take them out of the oven and eat along with fruit, peanut butter or some more chocolate.
