Method
- Preheat the oven to 375º F (190º C). Put some butter on two small oven-safe cake pans, or ramekins.
- Place all the ingredients (but the chocolate chips) in a blender or food processor and process or blend for 45 seconds until you get a soft and smooth batter.
- Pour the batter in the two pans and add half of the chocolate chips on top of each one.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they slightly turn golden brown and when a wooden stick comes out almost clean when inserted. Take them out of the oven and eat along with fruit, peanut butter or some more chocolate.
