Method
- Once the dough is ready, form it into a ball and place it in a clean bowl with a little oil to prevent it from sticking. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature to double in size.
- When 15 minutes are left before the 2 hours are up, turn on the oven at 200°C and place baking paper on a large baking tray.
- Once the dough has rested, place it on the baking sheet and stretch it with your hands until it covers the entire surface.
- Add the cheese with the salt and the rest of the spices on top of the dough. Add the butter cubes on top of the dough and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until the bread is golden brown. If there is a risk of burning, place a piece of aluminum foil over the bread during baking.
- Once the cheesy bread is ready, cut it into approximately 16 strips and serve as desired.
