Method
- In a blender or food processor, add the frozen raspberries or strawberries with the sugar and salt. Blend for about 20 seconds until you get a non-liquid blend.
- Separately, in a large bowl add the whipping cream with the vanilla extract and beat with an electric mixer or hand whisk for 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Add the blend to the whipped cream and mix with folding motions using a rubber spatula until everything is fully integrated and a smooth, airy and cloud-like mixture is formed.
- Pour this mixture into 6 dessert glasses or cups and garnish with raspberries or strawberries. Eat immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat and that's it!
