Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C pineapple, chopped into small pieces, frozen
  • 1/2 C (120 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1/2 C (120 ml) coconut cream, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp (30 gr) agave syrup or the sweetener of your choice

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for approximately 1-2 minutes until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Tupperware container or ice cream container, close tightly, and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Serve the Dole Whip directly into 2 individual glasses and consume immediately. For a more authentic experience, place the mixture in a pastry bag with a large star tip and serve the ice cream in a spiral shape.
