Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for about 1 minute until you get a thick and smooth puree.
- Pour this mixture into a tupperware or ice cream container, close tightly and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Take the watermelon out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving for it to soften. Serve in individual servings and garnish with more honey and mint leaves if desired.
