- Place the cold water in a medium microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle all the gelatin on top for it to hydrate. Let it stand for a few minutes.
- In a blender or food processor add the plain yogurt, condensed milk, milk or whipping cream and pinch of salt. Blend for approximately 20 seconds until you get a smooth mixture.
- Separately, melt the now hydrated gelatin in the microwave for 15-second intervals, i.e., put the bowl in the microwave for 15 seconds and take it out after this time to mix a little with a spoon. Repeat the process until the gelatin is completely melted.
- Once the gelatin is melted, carefully add it to the blender mixture and blend for another 20 seconds until all the ingredients are perfectly integrated.
- Pour this mixture into a silicone, metal or plastic bundt cake type pan of your choice (which should have a little vegetable oil inside so that the gelatin does not stick to it) and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
- Once ready, turn out the jelly and place it in a large serving dish (you can sort of try to separate the gelatin from the pan using your fingers, or dip the pan with the gelatin still inside in hot water for a few seconds to make it easier). Decorate with strawberry jam on top and it's ready.
