Gourmet hamburguer

These hamburguers, we made for the first time in a family dinner. As i write this i´m having cravings of it, because we haven´t made it for a long time now. The caramelized cabbage may sound weird or gross to you, but for real you have to give it a try.

The bread we use for this recipe are our Hamburguer brioche buns, they are delicious, because they are softer and flufflier than the usual bread used for hamburguers. It does take it{s time but is totally worth it.

We paired them with fried potatos. We will share the recipe for this further on.
