Christmas is coming, and we love this time of the year. The anticipation of all the parties and celebrations to come. And above all, the anticipation of the food we are going to eat! And I say that because most of us always make special recipes during these days. Recipes that we only make at that time of the year or on a specific day.

Hot chocolate, for me, represents that. A drink that has been made since around November, since the day of the dead, and continues to be made until January, on Three Kings Day.

Well, this is a variation of this recipe, that instead of being made with regular chocolate, it is made with white chocolate. And if you like chocolate, or white chocolate, you will love this recipe!

It has a sweet touch, typical of white chocolate. It is denser than regular chocolate, from my point of view, probably because white chocolate itself is a lot of cocoa butter. Which gives it a texture that is delicious.

To decorate, in addition to whipped cream, you can add pieces of peppermint sticks or chocolates, marshmallows or small white marshmallows, which are always a good idea. These two things go very well with the flavor of this drink.
